About the Toolkit
The RHIS Assessment Toolkit digitises the four-pillar RHIS assessment framework into a single, country-led workflow — covering structure, data quality, data use, and SRHR indicators — with automatic scoring and an action plan generated from your weaknesses.
Built around the four-pillar RHIS-for-SRHR assessment framework, with formal scoring and cross-country ranking.
Country teams work asynchronously across pillars. All progress is preserved between sessions.
Weaknesses auto-populate the action plan. Export a complete country PDF report at any time.
The Four Pillars
Governance, human and financial resources, technology, processes, and evaluation.
Data collection, quality assurance, standards, review and feedback mechanisms.
Demand for data, analysis and communication, and organised regular use of data.
Per-area indicators across 9 SRHR domains, with a standalone decision matrix.
